Returns

You have 14 calendar days for non -enrollment motorcycle returns from the reception of it; communicating within the period by certified letter or other reliable means to the company.

In order to return the vehicle, this should not have been used more than for simple examination or test and we must receive it in perfect condition without damage and with all the original accessories.

The shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The buyer expressly renounces the right of withdrawal once the registration of the same has been made in accordance with the provisions of the ARTICLE 9 OF LAW 28/1998, so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from motorcycles already enrolled. However, we are convinced that once you get on an electric mobility, you will not want to give up it!

Free! We always send our electric motorcycles of Free form to all Spain (including the islands). Rest of the countries consult. The delivery deadline is 24-72 hours for non-enrolled motorcycles and about 2 weeks for registered. You will receive you NEXT already mounted in a box with the following dimensions and characteristics:

  1. NX1: High: 1.2 m - Width: 0.6 cm - Length: 1.7 m and a total weight of 80 kg.
  2. NEXT Mojito: High: 1.2 m - Width: 57 cm - Length: 1.98 m and a total weight of 134 kg.
  3. NXPlus: High: 1.2 m - Width: 57 cm - Length: 1.9 m and a total weight of 110 kg.
  4. Nx²: High: 1.2 m - Width: 65 cm - Length: 2.09 m and a total weight of 168 kg.

 

Only rearview mirrors will be dismantled, which will have to be screwed in a very simple way, turning them as if it were a car antenna.No special tool is needed, but for a faster you can make strength with a common English key and thus they will be adjusted to perfection. Ready for any urban bump!

Warranty

In addition, your battery is also included in the 3 -year guarantee. To use the guarantee, the electric motorcycle must be carried in an authorized workshop.
